Perform pressing and horizontal pulling exercises (rows, dips) at the 91cm height and vertical pulling (pull-ups/chin-ups) on the 129cm height. Easy setup and freestanding – quick release clickpins for a speedy setup (no screws or bolts and no attachments to external fixtures.
