HOW IT WORKS
Our carabiner-styled Rings are made of high-grade aluminium. Open with a gentle push, then lock in to support over 500kg. Compatible with any BaseBlocks BaseBar.
HANG IT
Activate your stabilizers with setup as traditional gymnastics rings. Attach the rings to suspension straps to perform dips, muscle-ups and L-sit exercises.
ATTACH IT
Clip the rings directly to any bar that is 2.2cm thick or less. Perform neutral grip exercises to target different muscle groups. Compatible with all BaseBlocks bars.

THE BIG BAR
THE BASEBAR
Our full-sized pull-up bar designed for home. Suitable for taller users who can’t reach complete arm extension with the BaseBar (6ft.+). Add gymnastics rings for suspension exercises and band friendly for beginners. Foldable feet for less storage space, but not designed to be disassembled after use.
Primarily used for back/pulling exercises and doesn't require much floor space (85 x 88.5cm). Adds core strength to your pull-up by requiring users to hold a tucked/L-sit position. Setup in about 3 minutes and also stores flat with rotating feet. Suitable for any level - easy to scale exercises with bands.
