Meet the BaseBlocks Trainer. Inspired by handstand canes, the BaseBlocks Trainer allows users to perform pushing, pulling, core and leg exercises using only their bodyweight. The uprights are height-adjustable and have multi-directional instability to replicate the instability of gymnastics rings, challenging your stabilizers with every exercise. Perform exercises like step-ups and push-ups at the lowest height, and rows and dips at the tallest height. Slides under your bed or sofa for storage and assembled in seconds.
